Hello friends!
This is Hussena here from Quill and Punch Works and I am so excited to be a guest today at Sindhu’s blog. It’s such a pleasure being invited for her fifth blog anniversary which also coincides with her son’s birthday, the little angel, Agasthya. Sindhu, has been a really dear friend and also if you have seen her work, you must be knowing that she’s an amazing crafter and she creates unique, one-of-a-kind CAS cards and much more. Hearty congratulations to Sindhu, on the blog anniversary and wishing you many more in the years to come ❤
A little about me
I have been crafting for the last six years and am a SAHM to two kids. I enjoy making cards, tags, envelopes and much more. Stamping is my new found love and I am totally in love with it. Also florals are my all time favourite and almost every other project of mine comprises of them 🙂

Today, I have this card to share with you which is totally hand stamped and watercoloured.
To create this card, I first stamped the flowers and leaves from the Altenew Golden Garden set on Canson Watercolor paper using Versamark Embossing ink. I heat-embossed all the images in gold and then fussy-cut them out. I colored the images using Zig Clean Color pens and then popped some of the flowers on foam dots for dimension. I also added a die-cut frame to balance the floral design. I then stamped, fussy-cut and coloured the butterfly from the Altenew Painted Butterflies set. The background stripes were hand painted by masking with Washi Tape and diluting some Vintage Photo Distress ink with water and then creating broad paint strokes to give the watercoloured look. Finally added the sentiment strip to the card front and few enamel dots using Nuvo Crystal Drops.
I hope you liked my card. I would love to hear what you think about it 🙂 If you have any questions, please feel free to leave them below in the comments section and I will get back to you.
I would also like to thank Sindhu, for inviting me to be a part of her amazing blog celebrations. Hope you are enjoying all the lovely posts being shared here on her blog 🙂
Thank you so much for dropping by!
Isn’t the card jaw dropping gorgeous?! I love everything about the card! Colours, the watercolour colour striped background, the frame, nuvo drops… EVERYTHING! Thanks so much, Hussena!
See you all with a new guest on Sunday.
Hugs..
Sindhu.
